Two new Springbank editions: 12 Years Cask Strength and 10 Years Fino Cask
Limited editions from Campbeltown

Friends of the popular distillery in Campbeltown can currently look forward to two new Springbank Single Malt Whiskies: the 2025 edition of the Springbank 12 Cask Strength and the 10-year-old Springbank Fino Cask, also from 2025, have arrived. Both are only available in very limited quantities.
Springbank is one of the three remaining active whisky distilleries in Campbeltown, a former whisky stronghold with more than 30 distilleries. The traditional craft of whisky production is preserved here, including the operation of the maltings. And there's not only a small amount of the required malt produced in-house, at Springbank they malt everything thereself. Different peat levels and different distillation processes ensure that the distillery's three whisky labels have their own individual characters: Longrow (heavily peated), Hazelburn (unpeated) and Springbank (peated).
Springbank 12 Year Cask Strength
This single malt whisky matured exclusively in bourbon casks for 12 years. It was bottled at cask strength with 55.5% vol.
Nose: A sweet and inviting introduction to this dram, we have notes of fruit salad candy, raspberry ripple, dried mango, frosting and dark chocolate.
Palate: The complexity builds in the palate with notes of smoked cayenne pepper, crushed chillies, toffee and charred steak.
Finish: Gentle peat smoke emerges in the finish, along with notes of pink grapefruit, cocoa powder, glazed cherries and salted pretzels.
Springbank 10 year old Fino Cask
Springbank has been adding to the series of sherry cask bottlings every year since 2022. Different sherry casks are used, this year hogsheads made from American oak in which fino sherry was previously stored. The whisky matured in these for six years, having previously spent four years in refill bourbon hogsheads. Bottled at 55%, this batch yielded a total of 11,400 bottles.
Nose: The latest release in our sherry series opens with notes of blood orange, brandy snaps, vanilla custard and tinned fruits.
Palate: Notes of cinnamon sugar, fresh mint, praline, morello cherries and lemon curd emerge on the palate.
Finish: Notes of key lime, cola bottles and maple syrup round off this dram.
