Need a 2017 Vintage

I have the best idea for a Christmas gift for my husband. Unfortunately, I thought of it three years too late. I think it would be lovely if, when our son turns 21, they could share a drink from a bottle as old as will be.

I should have had this idea in 2017! Because now, I can't find one anywhere! I'm not a whiskey hound. But I figured this might be a good place to go, to get pointed in the right direction. I thought it would be pretty easy to find even just, a bottle of Jameson that's 3 years old. Nope! Guess that's not how this works.
