Hi all,

Just stumbled across an interview with the guy behind Spirit of Yorkshire, which has distilled Yorkshire’s first single malt whisky. It's an interesting read - looking at how the distillery came about nad how the three year process is going. They've also had glowing reviews from some of the top writers also.

Thought I'd share as I'm going to bag myself some when it matures and thought it may be a nice read for some of you guys also!

@WearWhisky Love what they are doing and a true 100% Field to Bottle producer with all the malting barley grown on the farm. They have some fantastic Maturing Malt bottling to go at now as well. www.spiritofyorkshire.com
