I was reading somewhere that teeling sources it's whisky from Cooley distillery (now Kilbeggan), until they have enough aged stock to bottle their own. Can anyone confirm this?
@jack12
When the Teeling family sold Cooley to Beam, they kept some Cooley whiskey stocks as part of the deal, and this makes up much of the current Teeling range. It seems that I remember reading that Teeling also has some stocks from Bushmills, but I am not certain about that.
That is exactly what I heard.
I asked them when I visited the distillery and was told the split the stock 50 50 with beam
